Pass The WD40, Please

Another early walk...taking advantage of the frozen ground again. It does appear to be drying up fairly quickly...I saw some ditches with an ice ‘bridge’ left by water that has drained away. The surface of the ground was quite dusty in places. Hopefully things may not be too muddy tomorrow

Found this wonderful rusty ratchet and cog mechanism...on an old trailer that has previously featured on blip. I hadn't noticed this bit before, but the bushes have been cut back and this was visible from the path!

I did manage to rescue tea last night..found a couple of chicken breasts in the freezer and a jar of sweet and sour sauce in my Brexit stockpile..so, along with jasmine rice, spring rolls and prawn crackers that were delivered, we had a very acceptable Saturday tea!
