Free Willy !

We are taking the oyster seed out of the walk in cooler that has been in there sleeping for two months. It is a method called "over wintering" an oyster has the ability to go dormant after the water temp lowers to 40 degrees F , the idea is to give it a break from fluctuating temps ,wind and waves thus getting a better yield.
We transferred it into these mesh bags in high density and returned it to the bay.
Cross your fingers, knock on wood and don't step on any cracks. A little bit of science and lots of luck.
