That's a Chinese New Year Dragon that lives under the sea or in the mountains and the name means "year" or "New Year"
This guy was on his way to bed in the back of a van when The Boss temporally "rescued" him for a photo shoot.
The Chinese New Year has been celebrated here in Wellington with many colourful activities and the most spectacular fireworks display last night. 
AND from The Bossess who loves  early morning walks in Wanaka comes todays extra which needs no words at all.....
