Restocked, for a while.

Today was a day at home, doing some household chores then a walk into town for supplies for a special meal tomorrow. It's not far to walk but I rarely do, there is no pavement for part of the walk but that's not a major problem. Visited the butcher for Sunday roast, the deli for additional tastes and then back home. It's good not to use the van.

Just down the road there's been some work on telegraph poles and various trees have been cut back leaving the branches on the verge. The same thing obviously occurred some years ago and there were a number of seasoned, dry branches laying around so I took my trailer and collected them. They are clearly waste but it did feel a little uncomfortable however they are now in my wood pile and will have a purpose.

Sweet potato and chili dahl for dinner, yum!
