Blasts from the past and the east
Today was an early sunny woodland walk, a Zoom committee meeting and then a freezing icy run out around the lanes. I mistakenly went the wrong way round so faced the full assault of the biting east wind on my return via the most exposed section. Anyway, in between I continue to play with my fleece and fibres, and got distracted into reducing the ridiculous cardboard box mountain in the loft. Here’s a gem that surfaced, from the first ever household appliance we bought, c. 1979 fan heater, East Midlands Electricity Board. Long deceased.... heaven knows why one of us thought it necessary to scrawl Fan Heater on the box!
