Baby it's cold

 outside .. minus 15 this morning when I walked past the alpacas that are walking in my friend his field...and at that time there where only the big ones there ..on my way back I spotted a new born (see extra ) think he literally has been born during the hours of my walk ...could not get close to  him for a good picture ...have to do that some other time ..
