Merganser

Don't believe that I have ever seen one of these on our river I expect its usual haunts are frozen. The extra is a branch over the millrace which has some nice icicles on it.
I have to say I am really enjoying using my old bridge camera so light and versatile.
Not done a lot today temperature hasn't got above zero all day so just a walk this morning and a shorter walk this afternoon with Moreen
