Cake says...

We’re not big on schmaltz or slop here, but he does like a fruit cake. I lost my baking mojo a bit since Christmas but managed this cake and some cheese scones today. Now cuddled up on the sofa ready for Scotland Wales... with a Chinese takeaway for Lunar New Year. I’m an Ox, so happy Year of the Ox to me :)
