Akerselva

Akerselva is a river running through Oslo. Julian lives close to the river and I was going to deliever some dry meat to him, when I saw the frozen river and went for a walk. Quite fascinating, I think. From Julian to my mother. I hadn't been there for a few weeks, because of the lockdown, so she seemed so happy, so get some company. On my way to Mr Dag I saw the nice sunset and the frozen Bay at Sandvika, so I took a walk at the ice. Icecold, but still some people skating at the ice. I haven't had such a busy day for weeks, but it felt good. In the evening I had a call from Adrian, which made me so very, very glad. Last tuesday he had an interview about a PhD at University of Pennsylvania, and last night he got a mail, telling that he got it. It feels almost incredible. He is only 24 years old an finishing his master in robitics in June, but he is very hard working and has worked towards this for a long time. Next tuesday he will have an interview at California Institute of Technology. I cross my fingers :)))
