Roast Chicken

Roast Chicken, roast carrots, rice, and hard Jack cheese. Wine: Henri Costal Les Truffières Chablis 2018.

I roasted the carrots in the air fryer to save time and they came out nicely (they look a bit burnt from the color the spices took on, but they don't taste it). The cheese marks the finale of our experiments with high quality Jack cheese. This one is a hard cheese with some age on it, and it was quite pleasant.
