This too will pass

Returning home after a night in my support bubble I found my tabletop snowmen were in better condition than I expected. I had originally decided to title my blip 'falling apart as that has how I have felt at times recently.

The transient sleeping and mealtime arrangements have not been helping me maintain healthy routines and I have felt a loss of control which I need to take back.

Looking back a few years, I can remind myself that the current challenges will be replaced with new ones in time and to take pleasure in the small things right now.

I was grateful to return to my warm home, homemade scones and a checkin call from a friend.
