Back in the forbidden chair, but he needs a perch, and also a cosy place to hang out. He regularly gets turfed off the sofa.... 

Another day at school. These last two shifts have been much better than my team's first one back at the beginning of January. We've been unlucky in that we've been in both times that it snowed, but it feels better, or maybe we're just used to the unpredictability now....

I had to deliver the staff meeting tonight via Teams. It was only a screen-share, but I felt sick beforehand and didn't want to do it. I did however get to make my point about never demanding a child speak- words that surely resonate with me! 

Forgot to mention I got my first assignment back on Friday- submitted 6 criteria and scrolled down to see that I'd met all but one of them. I'll take that!
