Friday!

I didn't sleep well at all last night.  Some stomach cramps and needed to use the bathroom a lot.  I think my unrest caused Phoebe unrest.  I did have Nibbler curled up beside me which also meant my attempts to get out of bed without disturbing her were mildly amusing.  Phoebe then started crying about 4:30 so that got Steve up - and then he took her downstairs and out, there was a bit of early morning chat and then I slept through the 6am alarm.  Was so tired when I got up.

Needless to say it hasn't been the best exercise and diet day but it's Friday and tomorrow is another day.

This evening we cracked out a sneaky G&T from this months Craft Gin club.
