Hooked on yoga

Will not venture out today as there be ICE! 

So, this is my view from my yoga mat from where I was considering what to blip. It was a very pleasant session although I have to admit that raising one leg high in the sky whilst in bridge pose did not appeal elude me! :))

I am attempting a Mono Month inspired by Skeena although I seem to be unable to avoid any colour - reckon it could be called "mono" *sotto voce* "with a splash"!
