Icicle shrub

During the week we noticed the Premier Inn had a damp patch down a small section of wall. Today after two really cold nights it has turned into an icy mess. I am sure it would look more artistic if the sun had been out. We found it incredibly cold due in part to the east wind which always goes straight through you.
