Pump Rooms

Late night visit to Royal Leamington Spa. Have had this blip on my list to do for some time, but it needed to be late at night or early morning when there were few people about.
It was quite chilly tonight and the only people were groups of drunken revellers, so didn't want to hang around.
The moving car lights were a bonus.
