17!

Ah, what an age! I think it was my favourite. Although at 17 I wasn’t in my last year of school or living through pandemic.
Anyway, I hope that the challenging times make best memories.

So here we are. All looking forward to this Paleo/vegan cheesecake. It turned out rather well, even if I say so myself. No one is vegan in our family, but the birthday girl is not great with dairy and wanted a cheesecake. So lemon and strawberry cheesecake it is. Full of cashews and coconut cream. Yum!
