Week 34

6 weeks to go! Bump is now anywhere up to 20 inches and although he's unlikely to grow much longer, he's still packing on the pounds. His brain is also developing at a pace. I must remember to eat more fish!

I worked from home today as I'm not feeling that great with more lovely pregnancy 'side effects' but as usual the quiet time I wanted to get stuff actually done didn't really materilise as I was sat on conference calls all day. My Mat Cover wants me to check every email/doc over before it goes out which is a little time consuming.

I'm also probably going to miss NCT tonight :( It's a shame as although I regret the timeslot (not finishing til 10pm is a bit of a killer!), it's good to spend time with the other couples who hopefully will be my support network once Bump arrives!

I admit, it's taken me a while but I finally remember the names of the other couples. In the first session we all had to say why we signed up for the classes and we all answered 'to make friends'. It's strange to be in a bit of a contrived situation but in the meantime we're learning all about our birth options (in the hippy dippy, all-natural, NCT fashion of course).
