Notes: Awake early and took the laundry down about 645a. Machines don't start until 720a so loaded and walked out to the beach. Have not been out there early for a long time. Was beautiful and quiet and tide was further out than I've seen in years. Another stunning warm sunny day, sat on the patio a bit, had a great coaching call w/ Coach Lauren from my class and then went back out to the beach to soak in the sun and get my feet in the water. These are the perfect "winter" days of balmy 70s and low 80s ... I've missed the ideal feeling here.
