Chonkmeister

Wee sledging adventure with kids and the chonkmeister before dark up the hills out back, crawling over barbed wire fences to reach somewhere we shouldn't be where only wild footprints could be seen. And after all that pretendy mountaineering, the snow was too deep to sledge. Had to climb through massive fallen trees and drifts to get home and get helped over yet another barbed wire fence before being slapped by some tree branches. On days like this you need to return to tea and cake, shockingly bad planning to not have any cake in the house. Luckily Dave magicked some chocolate later.

Sam had a positive chat with SDS today, hopefully a new adventure will unfold for him this year.
