The snow and bitter cold is certainly bringing in a huge variety of birds to the non wildlife friendly garden. The last couple of days we’ve had redwings, fieldfare, yellowhammers, brambling - the local starlings are fighting for their share of food - there’s enough to go round.

We have sketched out a plan for the garden - but that’s a job for when the weather improves
