Half Day Hike

Bob had a half day of school, so we decided to go on a hike after picking Bob up. He was not too sure about it, as the trail had a significant climb up a mountain at first. Once we made it to the peak (higher than this) with a little rest and a nice view, James convinced Bob to persevere. The rest of the trail was much easier and Bob led the way. So I think he liked it after all.

We saw a few wildflowers and some flowers on hedgehog cacti. We will have to come back next week, as I expect there will be more. We have have had lots of rain (hence all that green where it is usually brown). Hopefully it will be a good wildflower season.
