Stylin’ at the Market.2

I appreciate the effort in took to put this outfit together, but what is most interesting to me is that fur at her waist. I think it’s a fanny pack (are they still called that?  the last time I wore one my son said, “Ring, ring! it’s the eighties calling! we want your fanny pack back!”)  But I digress. What it reminds me of are those fur stoles our mothers used to wear to church (“Ring, ring! It’s the forties calling!”)  I remember hunkering down in the pew, being surrounded by shiny beady little eyes and those snouts that doubled as fasteners, everything smelling vaguely of mothballs.
