Bouquet

There are some gaps in the bouquet now where I've taken dead flowers out but it's still giving me pleasure after 12 days!

After my little Suki had an expensive holiday in the next village I went to pick her up tonight. It will be so comforting to know she has passed her MOT and had a new 4WD mechanism fitted. Nice to have her home again.

Work on the lodge cabinets continued. A more unusual day as we had The Mate over for lunch. He hadn't been out of his house since he was with us at New Year, except for his jab and twice to the chip van just across his road. He was silly enough to come back from the bathroom without commenting on the new carpets and sumptuous underlay. Needless to say he got sent back down the hall, until he said something nice!

A second primer onto some of the doors after a light sanding.
A first primer coat on some more doors.
