I logged on for the first of 2 days of WFH; I figured I would save holidays for later in the year rather than take a full week for half term. But woe! Oor systems (which had been down since Sat 1030) were broke....!

So much thumb twiddling (OK, dishes, laundry, hoovering) ensued and then the lads arrived; Systems were still down at lunchtime so I fed 'em before a lunchtime wander to Morrisons for essential supplies. 

Back via some brief urbex and to find the systems were now functioning. I managed to do a small aount of work before the clock ran down. 

I got Tom to cook dinner (under close supervision - perhaps some locals may wish to avail themselves of my cooking for beginners series?) - bacon / mushroom pasta with a cheesy twist; the boy done good.
