Snowday 2

After lunch I put on my hiking kit again and walked to Dysart Harbour and back. That’s 7.5 miles (12 km) and just over 2.5 hours of walking. Mostly the weather was ideal. 0ºc and a bit of sun from time to time. 

I’ve been trying to remember seeing Dysart in the snow before, but I can’t. 

The other highlight of the day was making Turkish lentil soup again. Perfect snowed-in food.  

The evening is being spent enjoying that warm and comfortable feeling after lots of exercise in the cold, fresh air. 

The Blip is the harbour, looking out at the weather and East Lothian on the other side. The Extra is the woodland near my house.
