An unexpected side effect of installing a new bird feeder on the window of my first floor home-office. The pigeons, who seem to be its only customers, tend to kick a lot of the food over the side, and it lands in front of S's home-office window below. Where it becomes a new source of food for the dunnocks, and we get lovely dunnocky footprints in the snow.
