Earth and snow

Snow showers this morning and then the sun came out early afternoon.

Woke up this morning feeling much better, no headache!  Did the housework, spoke to my friend's daughter and the news was that she's being moved to cardiocare and will need some treatment.  Had a coffee, spoke to another friend, had lunch and went for a walk just after 1.

Went out in a snow shower and came back in sunshine an hour or so later, it was beautiful and really cheered me up.  Took lots of photos! The challenge was earth which was a little difficult to find!  Saw lots of birds, including the woodpecker in a tree a distance away, extra, also a colour extra of the snow.  The best part of the walk was the lack of people, I could actually stand still and look/listen, take photos and not have to worry:)
