Earth

Well, it is rooted in the earth.
A lovely day today - bitterly cold but sunny, so put the layers/warm clothes on and went for a short walk with a friend and dog and then enjoyed a distanced cup of coffee and a chat. Later on I went to get some fresh eggs from the egg farm - still biting cold but so nice not to be rained on and to wander on hard soil! 
A late stroll around the churchyard to get the dying sun and find a blip.....not much of a sunset but there was a hint and it was after 5.00 pm so the days are slowly getting longer/staying lighter later. Yeah.
