Scrub it off ...?!?

It takes real talent to produce something like this, to say it's art doesn't do justice to it ? it's cool.

Woudn't it be refreshing if local government gave up wall or fence space to the creatives to express themselves and their work. Tagging is a given these days ? messy signitutes repeated 10 times chart a 'hoodie's' walk home ? tax payers money allocated to scrubbing it off ?. Just let the artists paint ?then there would be no space or need to tag, create some aspirational values in the young hoodies ?

And while we're at it lets have council funded buskers, they could be allocated the money saved by grafiti cleaning ? that way we could have some quality control, happier, more cheerful and musical streets - local talent shows could determine places for the top street corners and we could do away with reality TV music shows ? if only !
