Tiny Tuesday

This doesnt fit the theme but I'm still posting this as it the first proper macro photo I've ever taken.

Ive had this love hate relationship with my macro lens.. it was expensive but I wasnt too happy with it. Then someone in our camera club gave me some  very helpful suggestions.  Blip is of the skeleton of a small holly leaf . Took me a while but I'm chuffed with the result. 
That feeling of accomplishment  gave me a buzz and I had fun with some still life photos too.

Too good walks today. First was  in the sun although very cold it  wasnt too bad as long  as we were well wrapped up (which we were) We seemed to have avoided the worst of the weather so far!
