Slow-cooker stew

Another miserable day with intermittent snow showers. I had to stay in for a delivery so didn’t get out until after lunch and then it was only to the supermarket.
Bought some lean beef and a bag of casserole veg and started on a stew in my slow cooker. This was taken at the start of the cooking.
