Ravensworth Lodge.
Ravensworth Castle was built near the village of Lamesley, Gateshead, in the 14th century. It is now in ruins because the coal owners extracted coal from underneath the castle, and caused subsidence. However the lodge at the gate still stands, although no-one lives here any longer.
