Hearty Har Har...

Something with hearts, or red... well it's a bit of a cop-out but I do like the artwork on these playing cards, and there's red and there's hearts - or variations thereupon - all over the place. I can't remember when I got this deck, but it was many years ago and I think was a fund raiser for the Ecology Party that later became the Greens. Too nice to play with, really.

Cold? Oh yes, freezing out there today. But there is still blue sky and we're not expecting snow. I have a parish council meeting this evening, and I'm glad we can stay at home and use Teams rather than trudge down the road to the village hall. Obviously there are (ahem) risks with online meetings... but I'm happy to say we are a far less cantankerous council than some.
