Okay...I have to write what happened today, no big deal (...), but I would be interested in your opinions and advice.

So, my thesis is to search for information through drawings and create further drawings as a form of information processing and publication methods.

I have already finished, in the sense that I have the book of drawings already printed, my thesis supervisor liked it and I have to graduate (then publish it in thesis) in September 2021 (the extra time is due to the recovery of late courses and exams, due to medical problems that I had already mentioned).

Today the thesis supervisor wrote to me to ask me if I allow one of his other students to use my book of drawings (thesis project), to make his thesis: 'for kindness'.

Now, I'm not against it. But I'm worried: if he graduates in July (before me) what happens? It would be a test of the book (this is his project) before my reports to the graduation committee, about the creation project (which comes first).
But at the same time, if I say no, can my supervisor complicate my life in retaliation?

I don't know what to do, I'm a little worried...I asked for a meeting via video call and I have to figure out what to say...

P.s. I anticipated my considerations to the thesis supervisor, talking about how important it is for me to present the creation process before using it, and how, given my conditions, it is a problem for me to define the timing of publications (I am always on the edge razor compared to my health, who can say how I will be tomorrow?).
I did the work and I would like it to be recognized as such.

P.s. (2) What written on p.s. I anticipated it by email to the thesis supervisor, saying that I am not inclined to allow the use of my project, before having presented it at the graduation and published it. Testing the effectiveness of my drawings in someone else's thesis, before having presented the creative process, would undermine the whole originality of my thesis.

To be on the safe side, I requested the confirmation of reading: it arrived without a reply email from the thesis supervisor. It does not matter, I have printed everything and will keep it as proof that I have not given consent to use.

Okay...devo scrivere quello che è successo oggi, niente di che, ma sarei interessata a vostre opinioni in merito e consigli.

Allora, la mia tesi consiste nella ricerca di informazioni attraverso disegni e creare ulteriori disegni come forma di elaborazione delle informazioni e modalità di pubblicazione delle stesse.

Ho già finito, nel senso che ho il libro di disegni già stampato, è piaciuto al mio relatore di tesi e devo laurearmi (quindi pubblicarlo in tesi) in Settembre 2021 (il tempo in più è dovuto al recupero di corsi ed esami in ritardo, a causa problemi medici di cui avevo già accennato).

Oggi mi ha scritto il relatore di tesi per chiedermi se permetto ad una sua altra tesista di utilizzare il mio libro di disegni (progetto di tesi), per fare la sua tesi: 'per gentilezza'.

Ora, io non sono contraria, mi fa piacere. Ma sono preoccupata: se si laurea a Luglio (prima di me) che cosa succede? Sarebbe un testare il libro (questa è il suo progetto) prima di una mia relazioni in merito alla commissione di laurea, riguardante il progetto di creazione (che viene prima).
Ma allo stesso tempo, se dico di no, il  mio relatore può complicarmi la vita per ritorsione?

No so cosa fare, sono un pò preoccupata...ho chiesto un incontro attraverso videochiamata al relatore e devo capire cosa dire...

P.s. ho anticipato le mie considerazione al relatore di tesi, parlando di come è importante per me presentare il processo di creazione prima di un suo utilizzo, e di come, date le mie condizioni, mi risulta un problema definire tempistiche di pubblicazioni (sono sempre sul filo del rasoio rispetto alla mia salute, chi può dire come starò domani?).
Il lavoro l'ho fatto io e vorrei fosse riconosciuto come tale.

P.s. (2) Quanto scritto al p.s. l'ho anticipato tramite mail al relatore di tesi, dicendo che non sono incline a permettere l'utilizzo del mio progetto, prima di averlo presentato in sede di laurea e pubblicato. Testare l'efficacia dei miei disegni in tesi altrui, prima di aver presentato il processo creativo, minerebbe l'intera originalità della mia tesi.

Per sicurezza ho richiesto la conferma di lettura: mi è arrivata senza mail di risposta dal relatore di tesi. Non importa, ho stampato tutto e lo terrò come prova che non ho dato il consenso all'utilizzo.
