Rim lighting

A few days ago, I tried to do some rim lit shots of Abe. Unfortunately, although they were nice shots, they weren't rim lit, as intended. So I had another go today. I got some advice from some amazing pet photographers, who helped me work out where to place my lights, etc. MrB was the treat provider and got Abe looking at him. 

I'm feeling pretty flat today, but am glad I made the effort to set up my studio gear anyway. I do love photographing Abe with the studio lights. He just likes the treats!
