New Kettle

On Saturday my old electric kettle made a small bang and a wisp of light brown smoke emerged.
Today my new kettle arrived and what joy to again flick a switch to make the numerous cups of tea that I drink each day.
Odd, how the little things in life are so missed and the pleasure when they are returned.
