Blue skies over Dallas Dhu

Went for a walk up the Dava Way, passing by Dallas Dhu distillery. It was very cold but beautiful blue skies and flurries of snow in the sunshine. We were on the look out for emerging wild garlic to forage but it's still too early. We did find some Douglas fir to make some tea with and a couple of handfuls of oak galls (extra) to try making some ink with.
