Green on green

Just the one photo today. This unusual plant is on my harbour walking route and catches my eye with its flowing shapes and feathery leaves. Is it going to stay two tone green, or will those flowers transform into another colour? I wonder if any of you will know what this is.

Rest of day was spent not quite being on top of things at work. You know the kind of day when you start three tasks at once and finish none.
