Heron

I went for a walk before work this morning. It was bitterly cold with lots of snow flurries. As I was going by the Delph I spotted the heron on one of the sunken longboats that used to go in the tunnels. I love herons so it made my morning.

It was a good day at Westhoughton. I was home just after nine so I had a walk around the green whilst the electric blanket heated up my bed.
