Lockdown 3 - Day 35

The boys are celebrating their 7th birthday today so of course we had to have a birthday photoshoot.  Fortunately they'll do anything for treats, even posing with silly hats on.  I had some very cute photos, but this one just has me in hysterics - Bobbie really looks like he's saying 'cheese'!  As with all kids, it ended up in a fight when Bobbie stole Milou's chewy bone lol!

We woke up to a slight dusting of snow so I set off for walk a little earlier so that I could stop and take some snowy photos on the seafront, and it's snowed constantly all day, but it was very fine.  I went for a walk in the park at lunch time and it was freezing!

We had another viewing on the house this afternoon, Alan went and sat in the car with the boys to keep out of the way.  The guy from yesterday has retracted his offer, but to be honest we're not bothered, there was something that didn't sound quite right - he claimed to be a cash buyer, yet when he originally arranged to view, he said he had a mortgage offer that expired at the end of April, then he miraculously had cash, he'd offered on another property too, so we think he's a time waster and better than he changed his mind now that a month down the line.  Feedback has been quite good and one couple are still thinking about it - the girl said it's the best they've seen but the guy feels it's a little far out, so we'll see.
