Baby

We visited friends this afternoon and enjoyed baby cuddles. I'm so sad about their situation. There are 5 children in this family, the father has run away from the police and told my friend he wants a divorce and they are really quite poor (almost everything they own has been given to them and they rely on people giving them money for daily needs) . The 12 year old son has just got a job in a bakery working 11 hour days for a pittance. Schools have just reopened 3 days a week after a year of being closed but these children won't be going. The son will lose his job if he goes to school rather than work. So hard to know how best to help in a sustainable, long - term way.
