Yoghurt Cake

Back blip

Some work preparing for the assessor being with us tomorrow (Monday) online and then I baked a yoghurt cake, which I heard about on fellow blipper jamjar's journal recently.  I went for the lemon flavour and although it took longer to bake than the recipe said and was still liquidy after 55 mins,  it came out delicious in the end.  Also made some spinach and feta cheese empanadas (pastries) and this time was able to put in onions and garlic as we don't have to worry about garlicky breath with working online!  This baking lark of course is just procrastination as I should be doing the housework.  Bb's done his share this week.  I'm the weakest link!
