Vanille Kipferl

These are the traditional Austrian/German biscuits people make for Christmas. A very simple but unbeatably delicious recipe of vanilla short breads. The ones that melt in the mouth. So I broke with protocol today and filled my tin with a freshly baked batch. Feeling all chrismassy now...all we need next is some snow.
