Hiking the Grade

I really like hiking on this closed road. In 3 miles, I can get 1000'-1500' elevation which is such a great workout. I also like the broad vistas, the solitude and I love that my dog can be off-leash. I've seen a few mule deer but not much else.I fyou look closely, you can see my dog near the gap in the fence.
