End of the day walk to see the sun

We decided to still do our annual reviews at work with the team now rather than push them back to when we can meet up in person. So Zoom it was but we reduced it to smaller groups of only five people to enable all to speak. It worked so well, something to do with I guess how it's not so easy to interrupt in this digital format (although having the ability to mute is brilliant.) I'm sure going to miss that option when we are all back meeting together!
