Loafing about!

My son J made this lovely Loaf for me.
When J has time off work he Loaf's about making Loaves of Bread & other goodies.
The Bread is perfect & really tasty & it would be lovely to see him set up his own Bakery one day, but in the meantime he seems Happy in his work.
