People are Weird

This is the over flow carpark   for the closed  museum, the main carpark was full. I've seen the place much less busy on a warm summer day when the museum was open.There is nowhere to go except  the partly flooded and extremely muddy meadows but people are still turning up with one or more dogs, often wearing just shoes or trainers, at least this couple had decent walking boots.
