Fast and fantastic

Mabel is both. We went to a different park this afternoon, after the cricket, after the football but before the rugby, in a hope to avoid crowds but didn’t really succeed.

In fact, in one crowd we met NoaNoa’s friends and their families (with a strange interpretation of lockdown) and in another, Cholmeley’s brother and litter mate. Nice to see him.

And online CodeNames this evening - with some of the kids. Good fun but I really mucked it up - I couldn’t link my words when it was my turn and didn’t speak out when I should have done during other’s turns but still, I really enjoyed it.

I had so many jobs to do today, I didn’t read. I’m trying to read and not managing.
