Dean Village

I have set up another blip account which I have imaginatively call Abstract Fiesta. I intend to blip close ups, patterns and small things that catch my eye. At the moment there are only ones for the first half of January.
 
It was dull and dry this morning again, but also windy and cold. Bereft of good ideas I walked down the Water of Leith to the Dean Village where the water was over the path and I had to take a detour. It makes a good blip though. Later on the unexpected happened and Scotland steamrollered England in the Calcutta Cup in every aspect of the game, except the score which was too close for comfort. I’m glad it’s not Italy next as it would be very Scottish to lose.
